Collaboration

The Parents Forever program uses a collaborative model to deliver the curriculum contents. A successful Parents Forever program will enlist a variety of individuals and agencies in the support and implementation of this program. Educators, mental health providers, social workers, attorneys, judges, court administrators, victims’ advocates, clergy, law enforcement officials, all have something to contribute.

Facilitation

The Facilitator’s Guide provides information that will help you make decisions about offering an educational program for divorcing families. Some things to consider are how often to offer the course, location, qualifications of instructors, educational materials, security and safety of participants, childcare, fees, reporting to the courts and publicity and promotion.
